Where are my saved readings stored?+
All records are stored only on your device. There is no server backup, so please keep this in mind before switching devices.
If I delete the app, is my data gone too?+
Yes. Your journal, card affinity, and collection are stored only on your device, so deleting the app removes them permanently.
What happens to my purchases if I switch devices?+
Purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored on a new device. Device-stored data, such as your journal, however, does not transfer.
How do I restore a purchase?+
Use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app's settings screen to bring back items you've already bought.
Is this a subscription?+
No. Foliva Tarot doesn't sell auto-renewing subscriptions. You choose only the products you actually need, whenever you need them.
What's included in Lifetime access?+
Every spread (1–12 cards) forever, including the 11–12 card Collector's reading.
How do the ads work?+
They're rewarded ads — watch the ad to the end to unlock that reading. If you'd rather not, you can stick to your free readings or choose a paid product.
Do I need to sign up?+
No. You don't need to provide a name or email address. You can start as soon as you open the app.
Why does my attendance count stop increasing?+
If you've already collected all 50 card backs, there's nothing left to unlock, so the counter intentionally stops. Your daily visit is still recorded.
